For coaches

Your clients’ whole file, in your own assistant.

On Sunday you read the three lines they remembered to type into your form. Their phone holds twelve weeks of sets, grams and weigh-ins, with the arithmetic done. They make a code, you connect it once, and the whole file is in Claude or ChatGPT.

What you read

The same file the app’s coach reads.

The numbers the app computes rather than estimates. Not a summary somebody typed the night before.

Weigh-ins and the trend7-day averages · a 28-day rate · the noise band · the distance to the plan and the date
Measured maintenancetheir real daily burn, from logged days against what the scale did, with its error band
Every setload × reps × RIR, session by session · e1RM per lift · stalls named by rule, not by feel
Food to the gramkcal · protein · carbs · fat · fibre, per meal · and how much was typed rather than estimated off a photo
Adherence, countedlogged days · protein hit rate · sessions done against scheduled · the weakest weekday
The program as it standsdays · exercises · sets · rep ranges · target RIR · loads, exactly as their phone shows them
The week, exportedone call gives you the check-in week: the verdict, what moved, what stalled
Twelve weeks backask across the whole history in one question, and the rows come back, not an impression
Blood workevery lab result and vital reading as logged, with dates and units
The protocolcompounds, doses and injection sites exactly as logged · no advice travels with them
Check-in photosdates, angles and a count · never the photos themselves, never the notes
Sleep and recoverysleep, HRV and resting heart rate from Apple Health, beside every session

What you do

Read, program, instruct.

If your client chose look and propose, you can send changes. Every one waits on their phone until they apply it.

Read every client’s file

Ask across twelve weeks in one question and the rows come back, not an impression.

Send your own program

A whole program with its schedule, or one change to it. It lands in their app under Review.

Send a meal plan

Training days and rest days, with dry and raw weights and an alternative for each food.

Set the targets

A new calorie or protein target, with the reason your client reads before applying it.

Tell the coach what to look for

A note the app’s own coach reads on every later message: keep Thursday at RIR 3, flag any week under 150 g protein.

Nothing moves without them

A proposal is a line on their phone with who asked and why. Until they tap Apply, nothing in the file has changed.

How it works

Three steps, five minutes.

01

Your client makes the code

On their phone: You, then Claude & ChatGPT, then New code, confirmed with Face ID. They name it for you, choose look or look and propose, and how long it lasts.

Eight characters, shown once, kept only as a hash. A lost code is revoked and made again.

02

You add the address once

In Claude or ChatGPT on your laptop, add a custom connector with the address below. The address is the same for everybody and carries no code.

A credential in a URL ends up in browser histories and logs, so ours is never in one.

03

You type the code on the page that opens

Your assistant opens a NOTANOTR page and asks for one thing. No sign-in of yours, no password, no checkboxes.

Capitals do not matter and the hyphen is optional.

Privacy

What you never see, and what your client keeps.

You never see
  • Blood work, the protocol or check-in photos, unless your client switches them on for your code
  • Anything your client wrote to the coach inside the app
  • A dose suggestion: the app never sets one, and a note from you is no way around that
Your client keeps
  • A log of every read: which tool, when, how many rows, never what it said
  • Every code they handed out, used or not, and one tap to end it
  • The honest answer: revoking stops the next read and cannot un-read the last one

What a coach gets today

The partner terms, for coaches.

The same as an athlete with an audience, and nothing more, because it is what exists.

Your wordOne word, yours, that your clients type or tap
Your clients10% off, monthly and yearly, for 12 months
YouA share of what they pay, for 12 months, paid monthly
Your own membershipFree while your word is live
SeatsNot built yet. Until then, one code is one client
The 10% starts at launch: the discount is an App Store offer code, and Apple mints one only once the app is approved.

What this is not

Your business stays where it is.

01

Not a coaching platform

No roster, no invoicing, no scheduling, no program builder of ours to learn.

02

Not a messaging app

No chat between you and your client here, and no notice that you read anything.

03

No access without their code

There is no way for a coach to add a client. Access starts on their phone, and it ends there.

04

Not for beginners

No video library, no form check, no starter plan. It assumes your client trains to RIR and weighs the rice.

05

Not a dose adviser

The app never states, estimates or proposes a dose, and a note from you does not change that.

06

Start tonight

Nothing stops you today. Ask a client for a code and read their file tonight.

Read the whole file.

Apply as a coach

How many people you coach, what you coach them for, and how you would put this in front of them. That is the whole application, a person reads it, and you hear back within a few days.

If you would rather start today, nothing is stopping you. Ask one client for a code and read their file tonight.
