Your name becomes the code.

Your people pay 10% less for twelve months. You take 10% of what they pay, every month, for twelve months.

The deal

The deal, in numbers.

Arithmetic on the list price, not a forecast. It does not combine with any other offer.

Monthly

3.60 a month to you

Your word takes 10% off 39.99, so they pay 35.99 and 3.60 is yours. Twelve months is 43.20 from one subscriber.

Paid

Monthly, after the refund window

Each payment is paid out once its 30-day refund window has passed. A refund reverses that month and nothing else.

What your people get

What you are recommending.

An app for people who already train and already write everything down.

10% off for twelve months

On the month or the year, whichever they take, from launch onwards.

An app that logs from one sentence

“86.2 this morning, four eggs and oats, leg day done.” Three rows, on the right day, in about four seconds.

A coach that read the whole file

Twelve weeks of sets, grams, weigh-ins and labs, not three lines typed into a form on Sunday.

One change a week

Written onto the program itself, with the reason on the change.

A weekly report

After every check-in: what went right, what to do better, and the one change for next week.

Their file in Claude or ChatGPT

They can connect their own assistant and ask the whole file anything.

What you get to share

A kit built to be filmed.

The sample file

A full file to film

A complete seeded file inside the app, so you never put a number of your own on screen.

Posts that hold up

The rules

On one page

What may be said about the app, in the words we operate under, so a post stays up.

Rules6

How the word works

From your post to your statement.

01

They tap your link or type your word

One word, four to twelve letters and digits, that never runs out, with a page of your own in English and German.

No cookie: the link puts the word on their clipboard with their own tap.

02

The 10% comes off in the App Store

They enter your word in the app, which credits you, then in Apple’s own sheet, which applies the discount. We never see a card.

The code exists from launch, because Apple mints offer codes only for an approved app.

03

The ledger counts what was paid

Every payment under your word is counted at what the customer really paid, renewal by renewal, refunds taken back out.

For now a person pays it out by hand, once a month.

The rules

Six rules that keep a post up.

Not suggestions. This is the text we operate under, and a post that breaks it comes down.

01

It keeps the record, never a dose

It holds your record of what your doctor prescribed. Say that it holds the record. Never that it advises on one.

02

One change a week

A smaller claim than optimising a prep, and the one that survives a comment section, because it is true.

03

Protocol, always

Say protocol, or say exactly what you are on. Other words bring the wrong audience and the wrong platform review.

04

No medical outcome

No health claim, no promised result, no reading of a lab value. Medical questions go to their doctor.

05

Say it is a partnership

Mark the post the way your platform requires, every time.

06

Eighteen and over

Do not aim a post at anybody younger, and keep doses and blood values off the screen.

Who it is for

For an audience that already lifts.

If your audience is just starting out, your word will not convert, and we would rather say so now than after your post.

Your word converts with
  • People who train to RIR and weigh the rice
  • People who already track food, weight and training
  • People prepping for a show, or running a protocol with a doctor
It will not convert with
  • People who are just starting out
  • People looking for exercise videos or form checks
  • Anyone under eighteen

Questions

Before you ask for a word.

When does the 10% start?

At launch. The discount is an App Store offer code, and Apple mints one only once the app is approved. Your 10% does not wait: the ledger counts from the first member who pays.

Does it combine with other offers?

No.

Who pays me, and when?

A person, by hand, once a month for now, after each payment’s 30-day refund window.

What do you ask before I post?

Two weeks on your own file. Three posts in the first month are plenty, and one honest post beats three scripted ones.

Ask for your word.

Ask for a word

Send your handle, where you post, and what you train for. If it fits, you get a word, a page and a membership, and we ask you to use it for two weeks on your own file before you post anything at all.

Three posts in the first month is plenty, and one honest one beats three scripted. If you are unsure whether a line breaks a rule, send it before it goes up rather than after.
