The deal, in
plain words.

NOTANOTR is an iPhone app with a membership. 39.99 a month, or 299 a year, which works out at 24.92 a month billed yearly. Your local price and tax are shown by the App Store before you confirm.

Apple bills you, not us. The membership renews until you cancel it, and you cancel it on your iPhone under Settings, your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least a day before the renewal date, or that period is charged.

The free trial is by invitation. A member can pass one on, and partners and gyms hand out codes. Redeeming one gives you fourteen days of everything, counted from the moment you redeem, on our clock. One trial per person, whichever code you use, and each code works once. It ends by itself and takes no payment; membership afterwards is a separate choice. We can void a code that has been shared publicly or used to farm trials.

If nobody has invited you, the sample file is open to everyone: sixteen weeks of a real cut, every screen, and a coach that answers questions about it. Open it, look around, then decide.

Refunds are Apple's decision, not ours. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can pass a case on, but we cannot issue the refund ourselves.

NOTANOTR is an organisational and educational tool. It is not medical advice and it is not a medical device. It records the protocol your doctor prescribed, lines your blood work up against the lab's own reference ranges, and writes the questions worth asking at the next visit.

The coach never sets a dose. It never starts, stops or changes a medication, and it never diagnoses. That is a hard line in its instructions, not a disclaimer added here. Every treatment decision stays between you and your doctor. If something in your data looks urgent, the coach will tell you to seek care, and you should.

You must be 18 or older to buy or use NOTANOTR. The subject matter is adult: body composition, prescribed protocols, blood work. Do not hand the app to anyone under 18.

Use it for yourself. One membership, one person, on your own devices.

Do not use it to advise anyone else on medication. Do not try to talk the coach into dosing, prescribing or diagnosing, for you or for a friend. Do not enter another person's health data without their say.

Your own tools are welcome on your own data. Create an account, connect the agent or the script you like through the access screen, and read what you have logged. What is not allowed: using someone else's account, sharing or reselling access, driving the coach relay from a script to get inference you did not pay for, scraping, decompiling, or working around the limits on your account. We rate-limit, and a key you create is revoked in one tap. Do not use any of it for anything unlawful where you live.

We can end access if these rules are broken. Where a membership is already paid, ending access does not by itself entitle you to a refund, because refunds are Apple's decision.

The coach is a large language model, and not always the same one: daily messages are answered by DeepSeek, your weekly check-in by Anthropic's Claude. It estimates, it can misread a photo, and it can be wrong about a number. The app says so where it matters: a photo calorie estimate is plus or minus 20 to 30 per cent, tape body fat is plus or minus 3 to 4 points, and measured metabolism is printed with its error band.

Check anything that matters before you act on it. What you do with what the coach says is your responsibility, and nothing it writes replaces a doctor. What each provider receives is on theprivacy page, named company by company.

Your file lives on your iPhone. Without an account there is no copy of it on our side, so there is nothing for us to restore, and deleting the app takes the file with it.

Create an account and we keep an encrypted copy in Zurich, refreshed as you use the app, so a new phone can pick it up. We do not read it. Backup, restore and export are never gated on payment, and they keep working after a membership lapses. Delete the account and the copy is held for thirty days and then erased.

Export the backup anyway and keep it somewhere you trust: it is the only copy nobody else can lose. What the coach sends when you message it, and to whom, is set out on the privacy page.

NOTANOTR is published and sold by Loaded AG, Klostergutstrasse 4, 8252 Schlatt-Altparadies (Schlatt TG), Switzerland, CHE-413.943.367. The app is distributed through Apple's App Store, and Apple takes the payment.

Swiss law governs these terms. The courts at the seat of Loaded AG, Frauenfeld, Switzerland, have jurisdiction. If you buy as a consumer, the mandatory consumer rights of the country you live in still apply, and nothing here removes them.
