Blood work

An app that tracks your blood work next to your training and diet.

NOTANOTR, an iPhone app launching soon, logs every marker from a photo of your lab report with its range and draw date, lines it up with your training, food, weight and supplements, and when a marker walks toward its limit you get the question for your next appointment.

The short answer

A lab report means more next to the rest of your week.

A PDF from the lab shows one draw. Cronometer lets you enter lab values as biometrics next to your food. NOTANOTR puts every draw on one timeline with your training, the scale and your supplements, and leaves medical questions with your doctor.

Honest limits

What NOTANOTR does not do.

  • It is not your doctorBlood work and supplements are tracked and lined up. The coach never sets an amount, and medical questions stay with your doctor.
  • No AndroidiPhone only, for now. Cronometer runs on Android and the web.
  • Not in the App Store yetIt launches soon. Leave an address on the front page and we tell you when it is live.
  • Not freeUSD 39.99 a month or USD 299 a year, with 7 days free (CHF 39.95 or CHF 299 in Switzerland, EUR 39.99 or EUR 299 where the App Store charges in euros). Cronometer has a free version.

FAQ

Questions lifters ask before they switch.

How do I add a lab report?

Photograph it, in any language. Every marker is logged with its range and its draw date.

Does it give medical advice?

No. It lines your markers up with your training, food, weight and supplements, and when one walks toward its limit it writes the question for your next appointment. Decisions stay with your doctor.

Can my coach see my blood work?

Only if you switch blood work on for that coach’s code. It is off on every code by default, and a code made without it never gains it.

Can I log the supplements I take?

Yes. You log the supplements you already take, with the amount you set, and every draw sits on one timeline with them, your training, food and weight.
